Terms and conditions of purchase

Cancellation
Cancellations or changes to participants must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled after this, you will have to pay for all the seats originally reserved. For single tickets/drop-in and groups with children under the age of 16, it is set to 12 hours before the event.

Payment options
You can choose to pay for your reservation before arrival, either by card or invoice via Klarna. If you prefer to pay when you arrive, this is also possible.

The activities
The activities with us are done at your own risk. In several of the cells you may experience obstacles and/or less lighting. We are insured in the event of an accident.

Emails / SMS
We send emails and SMS regarding your customer relationship with us. Such as confirmation of reservations, reminders and changes to reservations.

alcohol 
We have a bar and sell alcohol on our premises. It is therefore not permitted to bring your own alcohol to us.

Liable to pay compensation
Accidents can happen, but it has also happened that someone has deliberately set out to destroy our equipment and/or premises.
This is completely unacceptable and the person who deliberately destroys the premises will be held liable for the purchase of new equipment/repairs to the premises.

Duty to notify other participants
The person responsible for booking an event with us is also responsible for informing others who will be attending the event of our terms and conditions.
